Plymouth Estates Association

1. Swim at your own risk and children must be supervised by a responsible person.
2. Parking in our lot isavailable to all resident who have paid their annual dues. Sticker should be displayed on the rear window of the vehicle and unauthorized cars could be towed.
3. Obey the “No Parking”signs and no trailers in the lot.
4. No open fires.
5. No dogs allowed and please do not feed the wildlife.
6. Keep the beach clean (carry in-carry out).
7. The boat ramp is public along with the lot across from it. Long Pond is stocked by the Division of Marine Fisheries.
8. No smoking.
9. It is up to us to ensure that the people on the beach are part of the association - so please say hello to your neighbors so we know who belongs.
